šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Collaboration Strategist at WeWork, you'll play a key role in shaping our virtual workplace solutions, ensuring seamless integration of our digital platforms with our physical spaces. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Collaboration, you'll be responsible for driving collaboration and innovation across our global network, fostering a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and growth. Your expertise will help us develop and implement game-changing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and partners.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement global collaboration strategies that align with WeWork's vision and values.
* Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and sales to ensure seamless integration of digital and physical experiences.
* Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in virtual collaboration platforms.
* Collaborate with the global events team to design and deliver engaging virtual events that promote connection, creativity, and community engagement.
* Analyze member feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and development of new features.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our virtual collaboration solutions.
* Work closely with the product development team to gather member feedback and prioritize new features.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and apply knowledge to continuously improve our virtual collaboration offerings.
* Collaborate with the WeWork community team to design and implement initiatives that promote connection, creativity, and community engagement.
* Develop and deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on the performance of our virtual collaboration solutions.
* Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement strategic partnerships that enhance our virtual collaboration offerings.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in virtual collaboration.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and partners.
* Continuously evaluate and improve our virtual collaboration solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our members and partners.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and apply knowledge to continuously improve our virtual collaboration offerings.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in collaboration strategy, virtual events, or related fields.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful collaboration strategies that drive business growth and improve member satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of virtual collaboration platforms and tools.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in the flexible workspace industry.
* Familiarity with WeWork's products and services.
* Experience working with collaboration software and tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
* Certification in collaboration strategy, virtual events, or related fields (e.g., Certified Collaboration Strategist, Certified Virtual Event Planner).
* Experience working in a global team environment.
* Strong knowledge of industry trends and innovations in virtual collaboration.
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

We're committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
