šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Community Operations Manager ā Social Media will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to foster engagement and improve the overall user experience on our platform. This role will work closely with our global community operations team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive user growth and retention. You will be responsible for managing large-scale community operations projects and analyzing data to inform our growth strategies. This role reports directly to the Director of Community Operations and has a significant impact on shaping the future of Twitter.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement community operations strategies to drive user growth and engagement, including managing large-scale projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze data to inform community operations decisions, including metrics such as user engagement, growth rates, and community health.
Manage community operations budgets and track expenses to ensure ROI.
Collaborate with external partners to develop and implement community operations initiatives that align with our business goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, influencers, and brand partners.
Work closely with the global community operations team to develop and implement community operations processes and procedures.
Provide regular reporting and insights to the Director of Community Operations and other senior leaders.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in community operations, social media marketing, or a related field.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through community operations strategies.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and inform business decisions.
Experience managing large-scale projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience working in the social media or tech industry.
Experience working with community engagement metrics and data analysis tools such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social.
A degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with community management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
