šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Compliance Officer for our German operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with our regional leadership team to develop and implement effective compliance strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving any compliance issues that may arise.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance across all German operations
Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and updates related to healthcare, data protection, and employment law
Provide compliance training and guidance to employees through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions
Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including responding to audits and regulatory inquiries
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk management, and operations teams, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
Strong knowledge of German and European Union regulatory requirements related to healthcare, data protection, and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Certifications in compliance, risk management, or a related field (e.g. CCEP, CCM, CIPM)
Fluency in multiple languages, including English, German, and French
Experience working in a global healthcare organization or in a similar industry

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience
