šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Compliance Risk Specialist ā International Markets, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Fidelity's operations in Mexico comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our international markets team to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and implement compliance programs, and conduct regular audits and reviews. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will have a direct impact on the success of our international business and contribute to the development of our compliance function.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Identify and assess compliance risks associated with Fidelity's international operations in Mexico, including anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, and anti-bribery laws and regulations.
⢠Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate identified risks, including training and awareness initiatives for employees.
⢠Conduct regular audits and reviews of Fidelity's international operations in Mexico to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
⢠Collaborate with the international markets team to ensure that all business activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
⢠Provide compliance guidance and support to employees and business units, including responding to queries and addressing compliance-related issues.
⢠Participate in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
⢠Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the compliance team on any implications for Fidelity's international operations in Mexico.
⢠Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance risk management.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, industry associations, and other stakeholders to ensure Fidelity's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in compliance risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, finance, or business administration.
⢠Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in Mexico, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
⢠Experience with compliance risk management frameworks and methodologies, such as COSO or COBIT.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, business units, and external stakeholders.
⢠Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Certification in compliance or risk management, such as CRCM or CRMA.
⢠Experience with compliance software and systems, such as audit management tools.
⢠Familiarity with Fidelity's compliance framework and policies.
⢠Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of MXN 50,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
