🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Cybersecurity Architect - Enterprise Risk Management, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's cybersecurity strategy, identifying and mitigating risks across our enterprise. You will collaborate closely with our senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the security and integrity of our company's digital assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in staying ahead of emerging threats and protecting our business and customers.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate potential threats.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines for cybersecurity best practices.

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.

• Develop and implement incident response plans to address cybersecurity incidents.

• Collaborate with external partners and customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

• Provide guidance and support to IT teams on cybersecurity-related matters.

• Contribute to the development of our company's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.

• Collaborate with our incident response team to respond to cybersecurity incidents.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on risk management and enterprise security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• CISSP, CISM, or similar relevant certifications.

• Extensive experience with risk management frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001.

• Proven expertise in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and practices.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.

• Experience with cloud security, DevOps, and containerization.

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.

• Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry standards, such as GDPR or PCI-DSS.

• Knowledge of languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with cybersecurity training and awareness programs.

As a Global Cybersecurity Architect - Enterprise Risk Management at Northrop Grumman, you can expect a highly competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
