🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Delivery Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of our Germany market. You will be responsible for designing and implementing operational processes and strategies to ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers and restaurants. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer support, and marketing, to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and will have a significant impact on driving DoorDash's expansion in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement operational processes and strategies to drive efficiency and productivity in our Germany market

• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery times

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth

• Work closely with customer support team to resolve customer complaints and issues

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners and delivery drivers

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of DoorDash's products and services

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in process improvement and change management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Experience with data analysis and statistical software

• Certification in operations management or logistics

• Fluent in German and English

As a DoorDash employee, you will receive a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
