🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Digital Experience Designer — Corporate Learning Platforms, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning experiences that engage and educate employees across the globe. You will work closely with our corporate learning team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This role is a key part of our strategy to use technology to improve employee engagement and drive business results. You will report to our Manager of Digital Learning and will be an integral part of our global learning team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop digital learning experiences that engage and educate employees across the globe

Collaborate with our corporate learning team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing plans for digital learning experiences

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve digital learning experiences

Work with our IT team to implement digital learning experiences on our learning management system

Design and develop interactive content, such as videos, simulations, and games, to enhance digital learning experiences

Conduct analysis and evaluation of digital learning experiences to identify areas for improvement

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Learning Design, or a related field

5+ years of experience in digital learning design and development

Proven track record of designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in digital learning experiences

Experience working with learning management systems and other digital learning platforms

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Learning Design, or a related field

Experience working with interactive content, such as videos, simulations, and games

Certification in learning design or a related field

Experience working with IBM's digital learning platforms

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year
