šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Experience Designer ā E-commerce Platform, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience of our customers across the globe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver seamless, engaging, and user-friendly e-commerce experiences that drive sales and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Manager ā Digital Experience, you will be responsible for defining and implementing design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your work will have a significant impact on our company's growth and success, and you will have opportunities to collaborate with talented designers, developers, and product managers from around the world.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets.
Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to drive business growth.
Work with developers to ensure design intent is translated into functional front-end code.
Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Develop and maintain design documentation and process guides.
Provide design direction and guidance to junior designers and designers in other markets.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital experience design or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital experiences that drive business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other similar tools.
Experience with design systems, style guides, and other design assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools such as Google Optimize or VWO.
Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with design automation tools such as Storybook or Bit.
Certification in design thinking or human-centered design.

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (base salary).
