šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Experience Lead for E-commerce Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance the online shopping experience for Kroger's customers. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Experience, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain e-commerce platforms that drive sales growth, customer engagement, and loyalty. Your impact will be felt across the organization, influencing the future of retail and shaping the digital landscape of food and grocery retail.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital strategies to drive e-commerce growth, enhance customer experience, and increase sales through data-driven insights and market research.
Design and implement user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) standards for Kroger's e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive browsing and checkout experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to launch new e-commerce initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform Kroger's digital strategy.
Partner with external vendors and partners to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices.
Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, is a plus.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in the retail industry, particularly in food and grocery retail.
Certification in UX/UI design, such as Nielsen Norman Group or UX Design Institute.
Proven expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics-driven decision making.
