🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Experience Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our digital transformation efforts, developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital experiences are seamless, intuitive, and aligned with our brand values. Reporting to our Director of Digital Experience, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence and make a meaningful impact on our business.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital experience strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Collaborate with our product teams to design and launch new digital features and experiences, ensuring seamless integration with our existing platforms.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize our digital experiences for maximum impact.
• Work with our creative teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future digital experience initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for digital transformation, working closely with our business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets for digital experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and innovations, applying this expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and external partners.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, product management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital experience tools and platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Tableau.
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with data science and machine learning, including tools like Python, R, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user experience design methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, API integration, and microservices architecture.
• Certification in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
💰 WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive salary range: €50,000 - €80,000 per year.
