šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital experiences across multiple hotel brands within the Marriott organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our guests and associates. You will report to the Vice President of Digital Experience and will be responsible for managing a team of designers and developers. Your focus will be on ensuring that our digital experiences are seamless, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand promises.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital experience strategies across multiple hotel brands
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions, including websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing campaigns
Manage and mentor a team of designers and developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with brand stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand promises and messaging
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to inform digital experience strategies
Conduct user research and analysis to inform design and development decisions
Work with data analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of digital experiences and identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage digital experience budgets and resources
Ensure compliance with Marriott's brand guidelines and digital asset management policies
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital experience management or a related field
Bachelor's degree in digital media, design, or a related field
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital projects
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in digital media, design, or a related field
Experience working in the hospitality industry or with hotel brands
Certification in digital marketing or user experience design
Experience managing digital budgets and resources

Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
