We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Experience Manager to join our team in LATAM markets. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of cross-functional digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, and operations to develop and implement digital strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital marketing efforts in LATAM.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences in LATAM markets

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet business objectives

* Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

* Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital channels

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts

* Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure that all digital marketing materials are visually appealing and engaging

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and agencies

* Manage and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement

* Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources

* Provide support and guidance to colleagues on digital marketing best practices and campaign execution

* Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

* Develop and maintain content and messaging guidelines to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across digital channels

* Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement

* Collaborate with the digital media team to negotiate and execute digital media buys

* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and agencies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on cross-functional campaign development and execution

* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences through digital marketing initiatives

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

* Experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and social media management platforms

* Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

* Fluency in Spanish and English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on cross-functional campaign development and execution

* Experience with digital marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

* Experience with digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot and Marketo

* Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot

* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement

* Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing
