π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Experience Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of Toyota in Europe. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the online experience of our customers, driving engagement and conversion. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and will have a significant impact on the company's online reputation and revenue.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital experience strategies aligned with Toyota's business objectives, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of digital experiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop compelling digital experiences that meet business goals and customer needs.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that digital experiences are technically feasible and meet design specifications.
Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize digital experiences and improve conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital experience design and implementation.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, design, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and executing digital experience strategies that drive business results.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience in managing a team or leading projects.
Certification in UX design or a related field.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools such as Google Optimize and Google Analytics.
