šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving Wendy's digital marketing strategy forward. You'll work closely with our marketing team to automate and optimize our digital campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive customer engagement and conversions. You'll be responsible for deploying and managing our marketing automation platform, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven insights to inform our marketing strategy. You'll report directly to our Director of Digital Marketing, and your impact will be felt across our global marketing team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement and conversions.
⢠Deploy, manage, and optimize our marketing automation platform to ensure seamless performance and maximum ROI.
⢠Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
⢠Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and technologies, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.
⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure optimal performance and support.
⢠Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
⢠Provide regular progress updates and insights to the marketing team, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
⢠Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in digital marketing automation, with a focus on marketing technology platforms.
⢠Proven track record of success in deploying and managing marketing automation platforms, driving significant lift in customer engagement and conversions.
⢠Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, including A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign ROI analysis.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
⢠Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
⢠Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
⢠Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platforms.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
⢠Certification in marketing automation, such as Marketo's Certified Developer or HubSpot's Inbound Marketing Certification.
⢠Experience with Agile development methodologies and scrum frameworks.
⢠Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
⢠Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses and ETL tools.
