🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Global Digital Marketing Strategy Manager - German Market Expansion will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement in the German market. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and consumer insights, and will be accountable for delivering high-impact campaigns that meet business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the German market.

• Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and implement brand campaigns that align with global marketing objectives.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on consumer trends and preferences.

• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.

• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute in-store promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with external agencies to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure continued innovation and excellence.

• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and campaign execution.

• Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong understanding of German market trends and consumer preferences.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Advanced degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a member of the Ulta Beauty team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
