🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Digital Payments Specialist — UK Card Network, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our digital payments business in the UK market. You will report to the Head of Digital Payments and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase digital payment adoption among our UK card base. This role requires a strong understanding of digital payments trends and ecosystem, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute digital payments strategies to increase adoption among our UK card base, including partnerships with fintech companies, banks, and other ecosystem players.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform digital payments strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and implement digital payments initiatives.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on digital payments performance and market trends.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, banks, and other ecosystem players.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in digital payments.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital payments and blockchain technology.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration of digital payments functionality into our products and services.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of digital payments trends and ecosystem.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Proven track record of driving growth and adoption in digital payments.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Global Digital Payments Specialist — UK Card Network, you will have access to a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation days.
