🎯 Role Overview

As a Global Digital Risk Management Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital risk posture of the firm is well-managed and aligned with the firm's overall risk appetite. You will be part of a team responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating digital risk across the firm's global operations. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Risk Management and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and business stakeholders.

📋 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's digital risk landscape, including emerging threats and trends

- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement controls and ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to stay ahead of digital risks

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology, compliance, and business teams

- Provide regular reporting to senior management on digital risk posture and mitigation efforts

- Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying and addressing emerging digital risks

- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on digital risk management best practices

- Develop and maintain risk management processes and procedures to ensure effective risk management

✅ Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in digital risk management, information security, or a related field

- Proven experience in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and control implementation

- Strong understanding of digital risk management concepts, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry

- Experience with risk management frameworks, such as NIST or COBIT

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in digital risk management, information security, or a related field

- Certification in digital risk management, such as CRISC or CISM

- Experience with cloud-based risk management platforms, such as AWS or Azure

- Strong experience with data analytics and machine learning

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework

- Experience with agile software development methodologies
