šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation initiatives in Germany. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects that enhance our member experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. You will report to our Senior Director of Digital Transformation and will work closely with our German leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company's overall vision.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with our company's strategic objectives
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
* Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
* Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
* Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies
* Develop and implement training programs to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
* Analyze and report on project metrics, including schedule performance, budget variances, and quality metrics
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a large-scale, complex environment
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
* Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Jira, and MS Project
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Experience working in a matrixed organization, with ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and practices
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* PMP or Agile certification
* Experience working in a large retail or warehouse club environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
* Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure

* Competitive salary in the range of ā¬50,000 - ā¬80,000 per year, depending on experience
