The Global E-commerce Integration Specialist will play a key role in supporting the international expansion of Dollar Tree's e-commerce platform. This person will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement e-commerce solutions that meet the needs of our international customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and payment gateways, as well as experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze customer feedback and requirements to identify areas for improvement in our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement e-commerce solutions that meet the needs of international customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure that our e-commerce platform meets the required standards.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce best practices and platform usage.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation on e-commerce solutions and platform usage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to e-commerce.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to e-commerce performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with our internal systems.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and payment gateways.
- Experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Certification in e-commerce or related field.
