🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global E-commerce Performance Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales growth and improving the customer experience across our digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance our e-commerce capabilities. Your impact will be felt globally, as you help us to stay ahead of the competition and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce performance optimization strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design and implement A/B testing experiments to measure the impact of different features and experiences on customer behavior.

Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights that inform optimization decisions.

Work closely with the IT team to integrate and implement new e-commerce technologies and features.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform optimization decisions.

Pilot and roll out new e-commerce capabilities and features to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.

Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and maintain a robust analytics framework to measure the success of optimization initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in e-commerce optimization or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience through e-commerce optimization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a related field.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely or VWO.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or Shopify.

Certifications in e-commerce optimization or a related field.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
