šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Ecommerce Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of Target's ecommerce business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the overall ecommerce customer experience, improve conversion rates and increase online sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. You will report to the Senior Director of Ecommerce and will be an integral part of the ecommerce leadership team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the ecommerce customer experience and drive online sales growth
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement targeted marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website usability, mobile app functionality and overall online customer experience
Develop and maintain complex dashboards and reports to track ecommerce key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business decisions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce and recommend innovative solutions to enhance Target's online business
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive online sales and enhance brand awareness
Partner with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery options to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners and external vendors
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in ecommerce or a related field, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including website development, mobile app functionality and online payment systems
Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to drive online sales growth
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in ecommerce
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme that rewards performance
