🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Health Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the strategic development and implementation of health programs in the German market. This includes identifying key health trends, developing program initiatives to address these trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launches. Reporting to the Director of Global Health Programs, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our local market teams, as well as our global health innovation team, to create and execute programs that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement global health programs in the German market, in alignment with Cigna's overall business strategy.

. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key health trends and opportunities for program development.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful program launches.

. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local health organizations, industry experts, and regulatory bodies.

. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.

. Collaborate with the global health innovation team to stay up-to-date on the latest health innovations and trends.

. Conduct program evaluations and impact assessments to inform future program development.

. Develop and maintain expertise in key health areas, including disease management, health promotion, and population health.

. Collaborate with local market teams to develop and implement local market plans and strategies.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, health education, or business administration.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a program development or management role.

. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful health programs.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

. Fluency in German and English.

. Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools.

Master's degree in a relevant field.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
