🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Health Solutions Architect - Digital Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business needs and design scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Cigna's digital landscape and contributing to the company's continued success.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement digital solutions that improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.

Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital experiences that meet evolving customer needs.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.

Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve customer outcomes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Develop and execute plans to improve digital solution performance, quality, and user adoption.

Implement and enforce industry-leading security and data protection practices to safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in digital development, solutions architecture, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital solutions development, with a focus on user-centric design and customer experience.

In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, API management, and microservices architecture.

Expertise in agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification in digital solutions development, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.

Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on healthcare applications.

Experience with digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
