As a Global Hospitality Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for hospitality professionals across the globe. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, create job postings, and manage the interviewing process. Your goal will be to attract the best talent in the industry and bring them on board to join the Marriott team. You will report directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition and will be a key player in shaping the company's recruitment strategy.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy to attract top hospitality talent

* Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the company's needs

* Manage the interviewing process, from scheduling to conducting interviews and making job offers

* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment

* Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase recruitment efficiency

* Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates and contacts in the hospitality industry

* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the company's brand is presented in the best possible light to potential candidates

* Travel occasionally to attend industry events and conferences

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration

* Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and developing effective recruitment strategies

* Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends and challenges

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights

* Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20% of the time

* Proficiency in recruiting software and tools, such as Hirevue and Workday

* Master's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration

* Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI

* Experience working with global teams and managing international recruitment efforts
