🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Global Logistics Coordinator is a critical role within our Supply Chain team, responsible for coordinating and managing transportation operations across Europe. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues from various departments to optimize logistics processes, ensure timely delivery of products, and drive cost savings. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations

* Analyze and optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery times

* Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers

* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

* Develop and manage reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement

* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives

* Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost savings and compliance with company policies

* Provide support and training to internal teams to ensure understanding of logistics processes and procedures

* Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to the Supply Chain Manager and other stakeholders

* Develop and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

* Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives

* Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss logistics operations and provide updates on key initiatives

* Provide recommendations to improve logistics operations and reduce costs

* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations

* Provide support and training to internal teams to ensure understanding of logistics processes and procedures

* Develop and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

* Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software

* Knowledge of European transportation regulations and customs procedures

* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

* Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

* Experience working with global logistics providers

* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

* Certification in logistics or supply chain management

* Fluency in multiple languages
