As a Global Loyalty Programme Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer journey for our loyalty programme members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to identify opportunities to improve programme engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will report to the Senior Manager of Loyalty Programme Development and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain data-driven insights to inform loyalty programme design, targeting, and communication strategies.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and launch new programme features, promotions, and offers.

Analyse programme performance metrics, such as member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, to identify areas for improvement.

Work with analytics and data science teams to develop predictive models and forecasting tools to inform programme development.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to ensure our programme remains competitive and compliant.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including programme members, merchants, and business partners.

Provide ad-hoc analytics and insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Partner with the loyalty programme management team to develop and implement programme strategy.

Develop and maintain programme documentation, including programme guides, FAQs, and training materials.

Contribute to the development of programme-related project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Proven expertise in loyalty programme design, development, and operations, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with loyalty programme management software, such as IBM Silverpop or Oracle Responsys.

Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field, a plus.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Certification in loyalty programme management or a related field, a plus.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
