🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Menu Data Analyst — Insights & Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Director of Menu Innovation, you will analyze data to inform menu development, optimize inventory management, and identify opportunities for process improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive sales, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to senior leaders.

Develop and maintain databases and data models to support menu development, sales forecasting, and inventory management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for menu optimization.

Collaborate with culinary and R&D teams to develop new menu items and optimize existing offerings.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure menu performance and inform business decisions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the fast food or restaurant industry.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in data science or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Certification in data visualization or business analytics.

Fluency in Spanish or German is a plus.

Our competitive salary range is €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
