🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Menu Engineering Manager - German Market, you will play a key role in driving menu innovation and optimization for Pizza Hut Germany. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our menu offerings meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers in the German market. You will report directly to the Director of Global Menu Engineering and will be responsible for developing and implementing menu strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute menu engineering strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the German market.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the German food market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and culinary, to launch new menu items and promotions.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu optimization decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and menu items.

Manage and coordinate menu item testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in menu engineering, product development, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as culinary arts, business, or hospitality.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful menu strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
