šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Mobility Programme Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global workforce by coordinating employee relocation, assignment, and home assignment. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless execution of relocation programs. Your duties will include managing relocation budgets, coordinating logistical arrangements for employees and their families, and maintaining accurate records and reporting. You will report to the Director of Talent Mobility and work closely with other mobility professionals within the team.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Global Mobility Programme Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating employee relocation programmes, including home assignments and assignment moves
Managing relocation budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
Coordinating logistical arrangements for employees and their families, including housing, schools, and transportation
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on relocation activities
Providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers
Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless execution of relocation programmes
Ensuring compliance with company policies and immigration regulations
Developing and maintaining relationships with relocation vendors
Providing support and guidance to employees and managers throughout the relocation process
Conducting analysis and reporting on relocation metrics and trends
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees, managers, and external partners
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with relocation software and tools, such as Atlas, Cartus, or similar
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
Certification in global mobility or relocation (e.g. CIPM, CIRM, or similar)
Experience working in an airline or aviation industry
Knowledge of UK immigration regulations and procedures
Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, Mandarin, or French
