🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of our Central European operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting various data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improving our mobility services. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing our services, improving customer experience, and increasing revenue. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be an integral part of a dynamic and innovative team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement data-driven strategies to improve our mobility services, with a focus on optimizing routes, reducing wait times, and increasing user engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns promoting our services and driving user acquisition. Analyze and interpret various data sets, including ride volume, revenue, and user feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including city officials, transportation agencies, and business partners. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in a related field, such as operations, data analysis, or business development. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science. Experience in the transportation or mobility industry. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or JavaScript. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
