🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Operations Digitalization Specialist for the German market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new digital solutions that enhance our operational efficiency. You will report directly to our Director of Operations and will be responsible for leading projects that have a significant impact on our business. Your expertise and knowledge will enable us to remain competitive in an ever-changing market.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and enhance the digital landscape of our German operations by identifying and implementing new technologies and tools.

Develop and execute a digitalization strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new digital solutions with our existing systems.

Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our franchisees and suppliers.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience working in the food service industry or a related field.

Certification in digital transformation or a related field.

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
