🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Operations Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and process improvements across our e-commerce and supply chain functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of these changes on our business. Reporting to the Director of Global Operations, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's continued growth and success.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across e-commerce and supply chain functions.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these opportunities.

. Analyze data to measure the impact of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.

. Develop and maintain metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

. Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and transportation operations.

. Identify and implement new technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

. Develop and maintain training programs to educate associates on new processes and procedures.

. Collaborate with the business intelligence team to develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

. Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure alignment on business objectives.

. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

. Experience with data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts, including transportation management and inventory control.

. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with frequent site visits and audits.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

. Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or LEAN.

. Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CLTD.

. Strong knowledge of e-commerce software and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Shopify.

. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
