šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our remote team. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our team's success. Your key deliverables will be to ensure timely project delivery, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer support.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
Coordinate projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operations and support.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in operations support, customer service, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
Certification in customer service or operations support.
