π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Patient Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission by analyzing vast amounts of patient data to identify trends and insights that inform our healthcare strategies and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data Analytics, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence and analytics
- Analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and strategic plans
- Design and implement data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategies
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure key performance indicators and track business outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data quality and data integrity
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and database management
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
