🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Payment Operations Specialist β€” Risk and Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of PayPal's payment processing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues. 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business.

Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
