šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Payments Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Stripe's payments business. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and implement new technologies to drive business results. You will be responsible for delivering world-class payment experiences to our merchants and customers, and ensuring that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively. You will report to a Senior Operations Manager and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of operations professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage and monitor payment operations workflows across multiple platforms and systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and implement new technologies to drive business results.
. Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and review financial reports and ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of payments.
. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
. Provide excellent customer service and support to merchants and customers.
. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for payments operations outside of business hours.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes and provide recommendations for updates to processes and systems.
. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, product, and engineering teams.
. Communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business goals.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience in payments operations or a related field.
. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics.
. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
. Experience with payments processing systems, such as Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net.
. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in a related field.
. Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
. Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or Java.
. Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
. Certification in payments operations or a related field.

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
