🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Pizza Innovation Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth in our retail operations. This is a critical role that requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. You'll report directly to the Vice President of Retail Operations and will be responsible for driving initiatives that improve customer experience, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency. Your impact will be felt globally, as you'll be working on projects that shape the future of our company.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute large-scale projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This includes market research, stakeholder engagement, project planning, and resource allocation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution.

* Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential issues and are working together to resolve them.

* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and project sponsors.

* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a retail or foodservice industry.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Proven track record of leading large-scale projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

* Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile.

* Experience working in a global organization, preferably in a retail or foodservice industry.

* Familiarity with digital platforms and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation software.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
