🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Development Manager to join our team, responsible for leading the development of new products and product lines across Europe. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and achieve business growth objectives. The Global Product Development Manager will report directly to the Head of Product Development and will be an integral part of our team in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute product development strategies to meet business growth objectives and drive revenue growth across Europe.

* Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

* Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers, to ensure timely and cost-effective product development.

* Ensure regulatory compliance and manage product safety and quality standards.

* Develop and manage product launch plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field in the CPG industry.

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Proven track record of developing and launching new products that drive business growth and revenue increase.

* Strong expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and product development strategies.

* Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

* Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience working in the beverage industry or a related field.

* Knowledge of European product development regulations and compliance.

* Certification in product development, marketing, or a related field.

* Experience working with external partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

* Competitive salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
