🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Product Manager for Digital Solutions for Healthcare, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, drive product strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Solutions, you will work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products that meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market share.

Collaborate with clinical and technical experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate these insights into product strategy.

Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop products and solutions that meet these requirements.

Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.

Develop and manage product roadmaps, including prioritization of features and resources, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital solutions for healthcare.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance, including FDA and EU regulations.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and product life cycle management.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

Certification in product management, such as the Certified Product Manager (CPM) designation.

Fluency in German and/or Spanish, in addition to English.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
