π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Product Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless music streaming experiences for our users worldwide. You'll report directly to the VP of Product Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, scalability, and reliability. Your efforts will directly impact our users' satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement global product operations strategies to drive user engagement and retention
Partner with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable product features
Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product roadmaps
Analyze product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
Manage global product operations budgets and resources
Develop and maintain product operations dashboards and metrics
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve complex user issues
Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance user experience
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing product operations strategies that drive business growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
Certification in product management or a related field

We offer a competitive salary range of β¬55,000 - β¬75,000 per annum, depending on experience
