šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Product Operations Specialist - Supply Chain and Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers worldwide. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive supply chain optimization and cost reduction. You will report to the Director of Global Supply Chain and Logistics, and your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to meet customer demand and drive business growth.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing alignment with company goals.

* Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with the global logistics team to design and implement transportation strategies that meet customer requirements.

* Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate and timely tracking of products.

* Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainability.

* Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics to inform business decisions.

* Develop and manage budgets for supply chain initiatives.

* Travel to suppliers and manufacturing locations to conduct quality control checks and negotiate contracts.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or a related field.

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Experience with inventory management systems and transportation management systems.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturing locations.

* Knowledge of lean principles and six sigma methodologies.

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
