šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Remote Customer Success Manager ā Enterprise Accounts, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention for our largest enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded. You will report directly to the Director of Global Customer Success and will be a key member of our Customer Success team. Your impact will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify and resolve issues, and develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention for enterprise accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular check-ins, issue resolution, and proactive communication
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
* Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Provide regular feedback and insights to the Director of Global Customer Success and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that customer success strategies are aligned with the latest best practices
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with customer success software and tools
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Certification in customer success, such as CSIA or CSM
* Experience working with enterprise accounts in a B2B software or technology company
* Familiarity with CRM software and tools
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
