π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Remote Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance across our global operations. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track sales growth and customer satisfaction
β’ Conduct regular sales performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve sales strategies
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
β’ Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
β’ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to drive business growth
β’ Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams across the globe
β’ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
β’ Develop and implement sales performance metrics and benchmarks to measure success
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and Excel
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a global sales operations role
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Certification in sales operations or a related field
Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools
