π― ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Risk Operations Specialist β Compliance & Regulatory Expert will play a key role in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and laws. This will involve providing expert advice and guidance to various departments and stakeholders on risk management and compliance matters. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Risk Management and will work closely with other teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. This role will have a significant impact on the company's overall risk posture and reputation.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and compliance matters to various departments and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations.
Provide training and support to employees on risk management and compliance procedures.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business administration.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws relevant to the security industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a relevant field or professional certifications such as CFE or CISSP.
Experience working in a similar role or in a related industry.
Proficiency in a second language such as German or French.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems.
