šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Global Sales Operations Manager for our UK office, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales operations strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop scalable solutions to drive sales performance. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the direction of our sales operations function in the UK and globally.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales operations strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
Lead the development of sales performance dashboards and analytics to inform business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change
Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, customer support teams and IT professionals
Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable insights
Develop and implement sales forecasting models to improve accuracy and predictability
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience working in the airline industry or a similar sector
Certification in sales operations or a related field
Experience with sales forecasting models and analytics tools

£50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
