šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Social Media Marketing and Community Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing Twitter's social media strategy for the UK market. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Social Media, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives. Your impact will be measured by the success of our social media campaigns, as well as your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our UK-based community.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and increase brand awareness in the UK market.

Collaborate with the social media team to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the UK social media landscape.

Create and curate high-quality content for Twitter's social media channels, including tweets, videos, and live streams.

Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Work closely with the UK-based community to build and maintain strong relationships and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

Develop and maintain Twitter's social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all channels.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.

Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data using social media analytics tools.

Familiarity with Twitter's social media platform and its features, including Twitter Ads.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience working with Twitter Ads and other social media advertising platforms.

Certification in social media marketing or a related field.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
