🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Global Supply Chain Operations Manager for Beverage Distribution, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain experts to optimize the flow of goods and services from our manufacturing facilities to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve process efficiency, and drive cost savings. Your goal will be to ensure that our products are delivered to customers on time, in good condition, and at a competitive price. You will be reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain Operations and will be responsible for managing a budget of €1 million.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve inventory turnover, and increase shipment accuracy.
. You will work with our manufacturing teams to identify and mitigate risks related to raw material sourcing, production capacity, and supply chain disruptions.
. You will lead a team of supply chain analysts to analyze data and provide insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
. You will collaborate with our logistics and transportation providers to negotiate contracts and improve service levels.
. You will develop and manage budgets for supply chain initiatives and track performance metrics.
. You will communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination on supply chain initiatives.
. You will identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
. You will lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on operations and logistics.
. Proven track record of improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of supply chain analysts.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
. Familiarity with supply chain management software and systems.
. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
. 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on operations and logistics.
. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation.
. Experience with supply chain management software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
. Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, paid in Euros.
