🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain team, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and transportation tasks. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process-driven solutions. Your key objectives will be to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement process-driven solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.

• Analyze data and metrics to inform supply chain decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of logistics and transportation tasks.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective supply chain operations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Spectrum remains competitive.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a managerial role.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with lean six sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle.

• Knowledge of German and European logistics and transportation regulations.

• Certification in supply chain management or a related field.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At Spectrum, we offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
