šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Supply Chain Operations Manager in our Mexico office, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our supply chain logistics across the country. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will lead a cross-functional team of professionals to ensure seamless operations, drive efficiency, and optimize costs. Your expertise will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize supply chain logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management across Mexico.

Analyze and resolve complex operational issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with purchasing teams to negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

Design and execute training programs for supply chain professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Best Buy's supply chain policies and procedures.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software.

Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CLTD.

Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational excellence.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.

Certification in lean manufacturing or six sigma.

Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
