We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our UK-based team. As a key member of our supply chain team, the Global Supply Chain Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our global supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. The successful candidate will report directly to our Supply Chain Director and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and profitability.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure better prices, improve quality, and enhance services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.

- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, improve fill rates, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance and recommendations for improvement.

- Develop and manage the supply chain budget to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including inventory obsolescence, transportation disruptions, and product shortages.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on global operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and insights management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in negotiation and relationship-building.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in supply chain software and systems.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

- Professional certifications, such as APICS or CSCP.

- Experience in the grocery or retail industry, with knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics.

- Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish or French.
